Job hunting? My thoughts are with you
You will achieve your career goals if you don't give up
This week has been busy for me. I spent time encouraging friends and readers like you, facing career challenges.
A number of my readers complained about not getting the results they want after sending heaps of applications. In fact, I have just spent close to an hour speaking to a job seeker who is also a friend to encourage him.
Indeed, it can be tough to keep going when the results aren’t showing up. It’s easier said than done. That is why my email to you today is to encourage you and keep you motivated no matter your current career challenges.
Don’t give up despite your current challenges. It will add up in the end. Whether you are job hunting, seeking a promotion, or trying out a new career entirely, remember to stick your head up and face the challenges each day brings your way.
Don’t go to sleep feeling unaccomplished. Do something daily that will help you advance towards that goal. Submit that pending application, reach out to that person on LinkedIn, attend that meeting, and take that online course that has been sitting on your desktop. Do something daily to help you get ahead.
